Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service and build trusted client relationships at the branch. You will use cutting-edge financial technology to assist clients in meeting their financial goals and provide education on Chase digital tools and products.

You will contribute to branch success by greeting clients, facilitating account openings, and supporting daily transactions while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
