Job summary

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and using cash devices while adhering to policies.
