Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, delivering trusted financial guidance.

You will educate clients on deposit and loan options, tailor solutions to their goals, and partner with the branch team to serve customers with accuracy and a digital-first mindset. The role involves opening consumer and business accounts, processing requests, and promoting digital self-service tools to meet evolving banking needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide counsel.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions based on client goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests; submit credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service options to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and operational excellence.
