Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering trusted guidance with a digital-first mindset.

You will build lasting client relationships, assess banking needs, open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and educate clients on digital tools to meet goals. You will partner with branch teams to deliver exceptional, accurate service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs and explain deposit/loan products.
• Open consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet goals.
