U.S. Bank is hiring Client Relationship Consultants to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, delivering trusted financial counsel and tailored solutions.

You will assess customer needs, educate on deposits and loans, and process basic transactions while building strong, ongoing relationships through proactive outreach and collaboration with branch teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to four years of customer service experience.
• Three to four years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to best serve clients and maintain operational excellence.
