Responsibilities

• Manage relationships of varying complexity, cultivating clients for new business and referrals.
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers and staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Lead process improvements to increase service, profitability and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in revenue generating efforts and focus on product lines for growth.
• Ensure risk management and internal controls align with company standards.
