Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem resolution capabilities and decision making.
• Proficient resource management and strategic planning.
• Preference for Certified Corporate Trust Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage large complex relationships, cultivate clients as sources of new business and coordinate client visits.
• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers and staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Lead process improvements to increase service, profitability and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in revenue generating efforts as assigned.
• Develop and maintain relationships related to assigned product lines and business areas.
• Collaborate on strategic plan implementation and enterprise projects.
• Exercise managerial authority over staffing, performance reviews, promotions and terminations.
• Adhere to risk/regulatory standards and strengthen internal controls.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and brand consistency.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
