Truist Wealth in Winchester, VA is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver timely client service, process transactions, and support sales and service activities. You will engage clients, educate on digital banking, and assist with outbound calls and IRM initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma, teller or client service experience, and strong communication; weekend availability and travel may be required. Base pay is $22.00–$25.00/hour with incentive pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales process by outbound calls and referring clients to appropriate branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
• Handle proportional workload based on branch demands.
