Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekends/extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and engaging with clients to uncover needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures; ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution; assist branch demands.
