Job summary

Truist in Ashburn, VA seeks a part-time Universal Banker to provide superior client service handling transactions and advising on digital banking tools. The role includes outbound client outreach, supporting IRM initiatives, and promoting Truist products and services.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Weekend and occasional travel may be required, with a base hourly pay of $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs incl. locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and complex/standard transactions
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking)
• Support sales through client outreach and need-based referrals
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and serve clients
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution
