This role blends teller and desk duties to deliver a welcoming, customer‑centric experience and to build trusted relationships with customers. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to educate customers on digital tools, complete daily transactions, and support branch operations while traveling between

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience normally required.
• Ability to attend a 5-7 day initial training program; travel may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for customer conversations.
• Proficiency with digital banking tools and financial products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in the lobby.
• Educate customers on products and digital tools, guiding need-based solutions.
• Open/close accounts, process transactions, and handle routine inquiries.
• Manage customer flow and schedule appointments with team members.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with training or mentoring new team members when needed.
