Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• Attend a 5–7 day initial training program; travel may be involved; travel expenses covered or reimbursed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, personalized customer experience in-branch.
• Build trust by listening, asking questions, and understanding customers’ financial needs.
• Process everyday banking transactions and routine inquiries accurately; open/close accounts, initiate wires, support service requests.
• Educate customers on features, benefits, and digital banking tools; guide them to self-service options.
