Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• Ability to attend 5–7 day initial training; travel expenses reimbursed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between branches.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional customer experience in-branch.
• Open/close accounts, process transactions, and educate on digital tools.
• Resolve issues with balance discrepancies and card-related concerns.
• Refer customers to specialists for complex financial needs.
• Support branch goals and participate in training and meetings.
