Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge, teller, and platform training preferred.
• Ability to attend a 5-7 day initial training program with travel reimbursements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience in lobby interactions.
• Build trust by listening, asking questions, and understanding financial needs and goals.
• Process everyday banking transactions and inquiries with a consultative mindset; open/close accounts, wire transfers, etc.
• Assist with balance discrepancies, debit card issues, and service requests; coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Educate customers on digital tools and self-service options.
• Manage customer flow and scheduling of appointments with team members.
