Community Financial System, Inc. is actively seeking a Relationship Banking Representative to serve as a front-line ambassador, delivering a consistent, customer-focused banking experience across teller and desk duties.

You will educate customers on products and digital tools, open and manage accounts, and support service requests. You will collaborate with teammates to meet branch goals, participate in training, and travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to travel to multiple branch locations.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional customer experience in lobby and via interactions.
• Build trust by listening and understanding customers' financial needs and goals.
• Process transactions, open/close accounts, wire transfers, and educate on features.
• Assist with issues like balance discrepancies and fraud; coordinate with partners.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer flow to reduce wait times.
• Identify needs and suggest banking solutions without pressure selling.
• Follow up with customers and support branch goals.
