Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• Willingness to travel to multiple branches within the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in-branch.
• Handle teller and desk tasks, open/close accounts and transfers.
• Educate customers on digital tools and banking services.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve issues and improve service.
• Support branch goals through needs-based conversations and referrals.
