Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training to grow product knowledge.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and risk management controls.
