Job summary

Truist is hiring a client-focused associate to provide accurate transactions and superior service in a retail banking setting. You will help clients with everyday banking needs and guide them through digital options, while supporting outbound outreach and cross-sell efforts.

Responsibilities include learning IRM practices, following procedures, and contributing to training and leadership routines. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous, effective client service and accurate record-keeping.
• Demonstrate ability to understand client financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients on self-serve solutions like ATMs and online banking.
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours and travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and process transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to enhance service experience.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and apply it to client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through meetings and web training.
• Adhere to controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
