Job summary

Truist in Richmond, VA is seeking a Regular Universal Banker to deliver a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and uncovering client needs. You will support sales and service activities and learn to upsell appropriate offerings.

Responsibilities include educating clients on digital banking tools, contributing to outbound outreach, and adhering to IRM practices while maintaining strong internal controls and training participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, handling transactions, and uncovering needs with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify needs or opportunities for referrals to branch teams.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and trainings.
