Job summary

You will support sales targets, handle teller transactions, and participate in training and compliance efforts. The role may require weekend work, travel for staffing needs, and cross-training for teller duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contribute to meeting/exceeding client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support the sales process.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
