Huntington National Bank in Ashland, Ohio is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

In this role you will provide outstanding service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, maintain knowledge of bank policies, and collaborate with partners to deepen relationships while upholding risk

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service and sales experience in banking or financial services.
• Background check requirements include fingerprinting under NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers on bank products and digital channels (online banking, mobile app, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
