Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and customer service or sales experience in banking, financial services, or retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 1+ year in customer service or sales in banking or B2B is a plus.
• Ability to build and retain relationships, and knowledge of banking products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships via meetings, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers on bank technology and available products.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies.
