Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail banking sales experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accurate risk and compliance standards. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related field.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with specialists.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices per bank policies.
