You will welcome clients, discuss financial goals, and connect them with appropriate products and services while leveraging Chase technology to enhance their experience. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a willingness to work branch hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a branch.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address clients' needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Meet with clients to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices in line with bank policies.
