Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and attentiveness to client issues.
• Adhere to risk, compliance, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first, deliver attentive service, and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate consultatively to understand needs, build trust, and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to effectively consult and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
