Job summary

You will lead client conversations, educate on Chase mobile and online banking, and collaborate with a team of experts to address financial needs while complying with banking regulations. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, with ability to tailor product features to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient access.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
