Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
