• Notary Public designation optional but desirable.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required at time of employment or within 3 months.

• Strong knowledge of bank products/services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, relationship-focused banking center.
• Proactively engage clients to understand financial needs and recommend products, services, and digital tools.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly.
