Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of banking or sales experience, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of our products and services across business lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 1 year of banking, sales, or related experience.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required; notary designation may be needed.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bank products/services across lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing general banking needs.
• Proactively engage clients and recommend products and digital tools.
• Resolve inquiries and issues to ensure a positive client experience.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications.
• Document interactions using CRM and sales tools.
