You will deliver a high quality customer service experience by accurately completing bank transactions, opening accounts, and processing loan applications, while identifying products to meet clients' financial needs.

Responsibilities include complex transactions, relationship management, and proactive client guidance across product lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year banking, sales, or related experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience selling products or services.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required within 3 months of hire.
• Notary Public designation obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences by handling complex service needs in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Advise clients on financial solutions across product lines and document activity.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead in onboarding by enrolling clients in digital banking and following up as needed.
• Support risk and compliance through proper documentation and escalation.
