First Merchants Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our team as an Universal Banker. You will drive customer service excellence, process transactions, and help open deposits and loans while identifying product opportunities.

You’ll use CRM and digital tools to manage relationships, achieve sales goals, and deliver a premier banking experience to clients and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year banking or sales experience.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bank products across lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and complete bank transactions.
• Open deposits, process loan applications, and recommend products and digital tools.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage relationships.
• Use CRM and sales tools to document client interactions and incentive activity.
• Engage clients in conversations to identify financial needs and opportunities.
