You will engage clients to assess current and future financial needs, recommend appropriate products and digital tools, and support sales and relationship goals.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive conversations, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year banking or related experience; 6 months selling products/services.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required at employment or within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer service by completing bank transactions and opening deposit accounts.
• Identify and recommend products, services, and digital tools to meet client needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; process loan applications.
• Document client interactions using CRM and sales tools; pursue new business opportunities.
