Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year banking or related experience; 6 months selling products/services.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required at employment or within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service by completing bank transactions and opening deposit accounts.
• Identify and recommend products, services, and digital tools to meet client needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; process loan applications.
• Document client interactions using CRM and sales tools; pursue new business opportunities.
