First Merchants Bank is seeking a Customer Relationship Representative to join our team in a fast-paced, relationship-driven banking center. You will execute on individual and team sales and service metrics, open accounts, process loan applications, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

You will proactively engage clients, recommend digital tools, maintain accurate records, and support branch operations while adhering to policies and controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in banking or sales.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing banking needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively engage clients to understand financial needs and recommend products and digital tools.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to document and manage client interactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and comply with internal controls.
