Job summary

Truist in Georgia is seeking a customer-focused Teller/Client Service professional to deliver a distinctive client experience, perform complex and standard transactions, and identify clients’ financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management while adhering to policies and training to ensure compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• At least six months in client relationship building or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use basic computer applications and software.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous interactions and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales and service activities with outbound client outreach.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Maintain compliance with policies and internal controls.
