Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate PC and banking software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate client transactions with thorough recordkeeping.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and client needs assessment.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to provide Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
