The position emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in money handling and records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation; ability to multi-task.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
