Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• Ability to complete accounting and branch automation tasks on a PC.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and understanding client needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and risk management.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
