Truist is seeking a teller/service associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions and to educate clients on digital banking solutions. You will participate in outbound calls to support sales activities and help with IRM initiatives to meet client needs.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, and prior cash handling or client service experience. Weekend/extended hours may be required, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach, checking offers, and identifying needs or referring to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
