Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs including locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients in courteous conversations and handling transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to the appropriate branch team or specialist.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue product knowledge through training and meetings to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload per branch demands.
