Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of sales/service experience, and strong communication. You may perform teller duties as needed and must meet SAFE/MLA regulatory requirements. Weekends and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and clear background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales.
• Contributes to meeting client service and branch sales targets by developing relationships.
• Works with team to refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in branch leadership routines and trainings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Handles teller transactions and helps clients navigate the branch.
