Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years experience in a sales and goal-based environment.
• 1+ year banking and/or consumer lending experience.
• Complete compliance and First Mid training curriculum; advancement based on management discretion.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Proficiently service customers by processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
• Open personal and commercial customer account relationships and related deposit products.
• Identify growth opportunities and make referrals to appropriate business lines.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct as per employee handbook.
