You will identify client financial needs and propose suitable products and digital tools. You will engage clients to build relationships, meet sales goals, and support daily branch operations while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year banking, sales, or related experience; at least 6 months selling products/services.
• S.A.F.E Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• Knowledge of bank products/services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by handling banking needs and opening deposit accounts.
• Proactively engage clients to understand financial needs and recommend products/digital tools.
• Process transactions accurately and support branch operations with adherence to policies.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications for clients.
• Document client interactions and manage relationship activity using CRM tools.
