Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in banking or sales, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while complying with regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year banking, sales, or related experience.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required by employment.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing general banking needs.
• Proactively engage clients to understand financial needs and recommend products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and support relationship management.
• Support operations, audits, and internal controls in the banking center.
• Engage in sales and service activities to hit scorecard goals.
