JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using your financial knowledge to offer tailored solutions and help meet client financial needs.

You will educate clients on technology tools, collaborate with a team of experts for complex needs, and comply with regulatory requirements while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistency.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and build lasting relationships.
