Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular, on-site role focused on client transactions, service excellence, and sales support. You will handle routine and complex banking transactions, educate clients on digital tools, and assist with outbound outreach to identify needs and opportunities.

The role emphasizes adherence to policies, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy branch environment, with potential weekend/extended hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years teller, cash handling or client service experience
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours with possible travel/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking)
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch staff
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through training and meetings
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
