Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first by delivering attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Communicate clearly to explain products and services and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and address financial needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise clients and connect them with specialists when needed.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
