As a Relationship Banker, you will guide clients through banking solutions, educate them on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and work with a team of experts to meet diverse financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Knowledge of regulatory banking requirements.
• Must obtain required licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and consult with team for specialized needs.
