Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements; all unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with demonstrated success.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulatory obligations; complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and address needs.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and assist clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for their needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and refer to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
