You will educate clients on digital tools, collaborate with experts for complex needs, and comply with regulatory requirements while contributing to branch success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to tailor product and service recommendations to clients’ needs.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Need to complete required licensing within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and refer to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
