JPMorganChase (Chase) is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch. You will build and manage client relationships, use advanced banking solutions, and provide thoughtful financial guidance to help clients meet their goals.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on mobile and online banking tools, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs. A customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk, compliance, and regulatory training requirements.
• High school degree or equivalent; licenses or licensing plan within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and recommend products/services.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
